Vegas Hotel reserves the right to take authorisation on all bookings.
All payments are to be made upon arrival at the hotel.
Vegas Hotel will charge a credit card without a customer present should the customer fail to check-in and offer no explanation.
When a customer books an ‘advance purchase’ (non-refundable) booking, their credit card will not be charged until they check-in. However, if a customer fails to check-in at all, every night that has been booked will be charged.
Customers can cancel a booking up to and including 48-hours prior to arrival. All cancelations must be committed in writing (ideally via email). A credit card is required for this procedure as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled up to and including 48-hours prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night. Please note: Vegas Hotel will not charge your credit card unless you fail to check-in.
No cancellation will be accepted on and after the check-in date.
At no time will Vegas Hotel ask to be paid in advance from a credit card or through a bank transfer. Vegas Hotel will perform a pre-authorisation prior to a customer’s arrival to verify credit card details (A pre-authorisation amount may be up to the whole amount of a customer’s stay).
Vegas Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without providing a reason.
